The broker I worked with was Bridget. I have to say, one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made during my home purchase was not known of Mares Mortgage earlier. I was fortunate to work with Bridget who has a strong work ethic and knowledgeable in the field. As a first-time home buyer in this volatile market, it was extremely frustrating and challenging to get a deal. Bridget walked me the through the entire process including how to lock in rates to stay competitive in this fast-changing rate market. Prior to my closing, she carefully explained to me each of the items pertained to the closing cost, she even projected and itemized my closing cost early on.
