Christian at Mares Mortgage did an incredible job for us. I called him on a Saturday because our home loan with another broker didn't look like it was going to fund and we were on a very short timeline. Christian worked thru the weekend to get an alternate loan setup for us. By Wednesday we had underwriting approval and were cleared to closed on Friday. Escrow then closed on Tuesday. The only way that was able to happen was due to Christian's hard work. I would recommend him and Mares Mortgage to anyone who's looking to buy a home.
